    Adrien Cambonie

    Adrien Cambonie joined UBP in June 2018 as an equity and ESG analyst. Being involved on the Impact Investment team's first impact fund since launch, he has developed strong expertise in financial and impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, and impact measurement. Cambonie is a contributing analyst to the team's impact funds and mandates and serves as thematic champion for Healthy Ecosystems. As such, he co-developed the UBAM - Biodiversity Restoration sub-fund and has been a portfolio manager of the portfolio since its inception in 2021. Prior to joining the Impact Investment team, Adrien Cambonie completed a Masters in Finance at King’s College London, and graduated with a Bsc in Accounting and Finance from Lancaster University. In parallel, he interned in the equity portfolio management teams at UBP and BNP Paribas IP.

    Aida Giniyatullina joined NN Group Investment Office in 2018 as Senior Portfolio Manager to oversee Private Debt investments on behalf of the insurance business units. Her focus is on direct loans and fund investments through third parties throughout Europe, with a focus on corporate and infrastructure debt. Prior to joining NN, Giniyatullina held various positions in the banking industry, including at ABN AMRO and Royal Bank of Scotland, focused on credit structuring, project management, risk management, and restructuring. Aida Giniyatullina holds an MSc in International Financial Economics from the University of Amsterdam and a DEA Money, Banking, and Finance from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

    Bert Kramer is head of Climate Research within the Climate Scenarios & Sustainability team at Ortec Finance and lecturer in Econometrics and Finance at the University of Groningen. Kramer joined Ortec Finance in 1995. In his current role, he is responsible for translating climate change and the transition to a low carbon economy to impact on financial markets. He advises institutional investors across the globe on the impact of systemic climate and transition risk.

    Brenda Kramer is the executive director of the Sustainable Finance Lab. Brenda Kramer has extensive experience as strategic advisor in the public and private sector. She worked as a Senior Economist for the Ministry of Finance, the European Commission and De Nederlandsche Bank. Since 2016, she has worked for pension provider PGGM as a Senior Advisor on Sustainable Finance. In addition, between 2018 and 2022 she represented the Dutch pension sector in the EU Expert Group for Sustainable Finance and the European Platform for Sustainable Finance. She was also a member of the Investor Advisory Committee for the International Sustainability Standards Board.

Voorheen was ze expert en strategisch adviseur voor officiële instituties binnen BlackRocks Financial Markets Advisory op het gebied van financiële stabiliteit en bank balance sheet management. Ze is gepromoveerd aan de Universiteit van Cambridge in Financiële Macroeconomie en haar werk is gepubliceerd in internationale journals.

One of the key impact themes for IOP is biodiversity. Molenkamp is part of the portfolio management team for the Biodiversity Impact Fund that IOP is launching together with Privium Fund Management. He has been a board member for many years at Kempen Capital Management (head and founder of the fiduciary business) and before that for many years at MN Investments. Long time ago he studied Econometrics at Groningen University, followed by a post-graduate course management engineering at the Delft University of Technology where he specialized in Asset Liability Management modelling.

He serves on the Rail & Public Transport Pension Fund’s Investment Committee, advises Nyenrode SPO, and lectures globally. Bos holds an Economics degree from the Free University of Amsterdam, is a CFA charterholder, and has completed executive programs at INSEAD and Harvard.

    Nick Moss is the Head of Nature Based Solutions for Nuveen Natural Capital. He is responsible for developing the Nature Based Solutions investment strategy across farmland, timberland and ecological restoration. Moss brings over 15 years’ experience in leading investment and technical advisory services across forestry, agriculture and climate finance. He has been the Managing Director of the AGRI3 fund, an initiative of Rabobank and UNEP, aiming to mobilize public and private investment into nature-based solutions across forest conservation and sustainable agriculture. He has previously held roles as an Investment Director in leading impact investor Mirova Natural Capital and consulting firm PwC. Moss holds an MBA from Imperial College London, an MSc from Oxford University in Environmental Policy and a BSc from York University in Environment, Economics and Ecology.

She holds a Master’s degree in Global Business & Sustainability, Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Law, and completed a pension fund governance program through PensioenLab.
